Chancellor Drake Welcomes State Sen. Tom Harman

Chancellor Michael Drake welcomed state Sen. Tom Harman to UC Irvine Aug. 6. Harman met with Acting Graduate Division Dean Frances Leslie along with doctoral students and Public Impact Fellows Shane Stephens-Romero and Mary Amasia. He then met with Scott Samuelsen, National Fuel Cell Research Center director, who provided an overview of the Advanced Power & Energy Program and the center’s research in combined heat and power technologies.
