Chancellor Drake Recognizes PRIME-LC Graduates

Chancellor Michael Drake recognized the first class of graduates to complete the Program in Medical Education for the Latino Community May 29 at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana. PRIME-LC is an innovative medical training program in UCI’s School of Medicine designed to serve the unique health needs of the nation’s fastest-growing ethnic group. Chancellor Drake is one of the founders of the PRIME program, and UC Irvine was the first in the UC system to implement the program in 2004.
