Chancellor Drake Attends School of Medicine Commencement
Chancellor Michael Drake joined about 1,500 faculty and staff members, medical students, and their friends and families on May 31 in Aldrich Park for the 2008 School of Medicine Commencement.
Chancellor Drake congratulated and conferred M.D. degrees on 90 medical school graduates. The commencement also featured a procession of faculty and students in regalia, a hooding ceremony for graduates, and a keynote address by Dr. Vivian Pinn, associate director for research on women’s health at the National Institutes of Health.
